A “smile makeover” is where we combine multiple cosmetic dental treatments to create your brand new smile. This process can involve teeth whitening, dental veneers, crowns, bridges, a gum lift, dental implants, braces and even facial surgery, depending on the condition of your teeth and gums.
Each smile makeover is tailored to the patient’s needs and appearance — for example, we consider the patient’s skin tone, hair and eye colour, face shape, and gum contour long before we start the treatment. We want to ensure your new smile blends seamlessly into your look!
Teeth whitening
Want a brighter, whiter smile? We offer two professional teeth whitening options at Boulton Dental: take-home trays and Opalescence Go.
- Take-home trays are a convenient teeth whitening treatment you can manage at home. We’ll take an impression of your teeth to create a custom mouthguard you can take home, along with opalescence bleach to eliminate the discolouration. We use a 10% carbamide peroxide strength bleach, which is prescription only.
- Opalescence Go is an easy way to maintain your teeth whitening. Using a pre-made generic mould and pre-fitted bleach (6% peroxide — a little over half the strength of prescription bleach), this teeth whitening option can be purchased without a prescription over the counter at our practice.

Invisalign Go
Invisalign Go is a near-invisible teeth alignment system. Using a series of custom-made, removable aligners (like mouthguards), you can gently straighten your teeth without unsightly braces! This simple, effective technology will gradually move your teeth into the desired position.
Invisalign takes some work and commitment, but the results are worth it. You will have to wear the aligners for 20 to 22 hours daily. We only recommend taking them out for eating and brushing your teeth.
We will need to see you every six to eight weeks to check your progress and provide the next set of aligners.
