Patient Concerns
- This patient attended with 2 old and discoloured composite veneers that became more obvious after tooth whitening.
- Dr. Cullen replaced the 2 old composite veneers with 360′ Bioclear veneers.
Patient Concerns
- This case initially started with orthodontic treatment to reposition a number of teeth.
- There was severe wear and erosion of the teeth on the facial and palatal surfaces.
- Given that there was still a lot of very sound tooth structure, additive dentistry was ideal here. Several back teeth were built up by Dr. Boulton in conjunction with the upper 8 teeth, which were treated with 8 Bioclear 360 degree veneers.
- The patient wanted to keep the new veneers a similar colour to his lower teeth and was very concerned about having that bright white veneer look.
- Clearfil majesty composite was used in this case.
Patient Concerns
- This patient was concerned about her black triangles and worn incisal edges of her teeth.
- For the most part her teeth were in great condition.
- Porcelain veneers would have required a lot of tooth reduction. By treating the front 4 upper anterior teeth with Bioclear 360′ Veneers no tooth structure was removed and her smile rejuvenated, recreating a very highly aesthetic natural look.

- This patient had just completed his orthodontic treatment, which left him with a number of unsightly black triangles.
- His teeth were treated by Dr. Boulton with Bioclear veneers using the black triangle matrix system.
- No tooth was removed to recreate his smile.
Patient Concerns
- This patient had a failed porcelain tooth supported bridge removed on the top Left hand side.
- Three implants were placed to support a new implant supported bridge.
- The remains upper anterior teeth were crowned with porcelain to recreate a very aesthetic and functional result by Dr Boulton.

- This lovely lady had been unhappy with the stained composite veneers and the position of her teeth.
- It was decided that porcelain crowns would be an ideal treatment option on her upper 8 anterior teeth.
- This filled out her collapsed smile and improved the colour and appearance of her teeth. Dr. Boulton worked alongside Infinity Dental Laboratory to complete this smile

- This was a very challenging case to address all the issues this lovely lady had. She was not happy with the colour, staining and chipping of the old composite veneers.
- A closer look identified a cant/slope of the teeth. The midline was off and the symmetry of each tooth lack proportion.
- This case was restored by Dr.Boulton with 360 degrees Bioclear veneers on the upper 8 anterior teeth.

- This lovely lady came to Dr. Boulton because of the large Black triangle between her two front teeth.
- This appeared after completion of her orthodontic treatment (very common in adult orthodontic cases).
- The two upper central incisors were veneered using the black triangle matrix system. There was no tooth removal to achieve this.
- Clearfil Majesty composite was used to create a very natural look.

- This was a redo of old composite veneers that lacked symmetry.
- The old composite veneers were stained and the positions incorrect.
- The upper 6 anterior teeth were treated with 360 Bioclear veneers by Dr. Boulton.
- Careful consideration was taken to realign the angles and improve the symmetry of the teeth.

- This patient was very concerned about the staining that was appearing around her old composite veneers on her upper 4 front teeth.
- She also didn’t like the cant/slope of her teeth and the difference in size of the front teeth.
- This took careful planning with 360 degree Bioclear veneers on her front 4 teeth by Dr. Boulton.
- The cant was improved along with shifting the midline and improving the symmetry between the teeth.
Patient Concerns
- This patient had been wearing a partial upper denture for years. He was unhappy with it because it became loose shortly after being adjusted and it would get food trapped around it.
- He was also very unhappy with the shape and appearance of the teeth around the missing teeth.
- Treatment was undertaken over a 9 month period with Dr.Boulton. Initially Implant placement. Then implant crowns.
- Followed by Bioclear veneering the surrounding teeth and changing the shape, colour and position of the teeth.
- His bite was increased and several back teeth were built up as well.

- This patient was unhappy with the small chips on the edges of his teeth.
- Along with the open embrassures between the teeth, creating the dark negative spaces.
- 4 upper front teeth were treated by Dr. Boulton with Bioclear 360′ degree veneers.
- Composite used with Filtek Supreme.
Patient Concerns
- This patient had recession over a number of years. As a result black triangles had appeared around a few teeth.
- She was after a highly aesthetic result but also wanted a conservative treatment. Porcelain veneers would have required a lot of tooth removal.
- Bioclear Black triangle treatment was a fantastic approach here. No tooth structure was removed to achieve this lovely, natural result.
- Clearfil Majesty composite was used. Treatment completed by Dr. Boulton.
Patient Concerns
- This was a very emotional case for the patient. He had very visible dark caries/decay on a number of his front teeth.
- The central incisors were treated with composite repairs by Dr. Boulton and the laterals and canines restored with Bioclear 360′ veneers using Filtek supreme composite.
- Due to the extensive tooth structure loss. Additive dentist was the best approach.
- He then wanted the Black triangle closed after the rest of his teeth were restored.
Patient Concerns
- This patient was not happy with the yellow colour of her front right tooth and also the mottled appearance of the upper front teeth.
- A very conservative approach was adopted by Dr. Boulton to recreate her smile.
- 6 Bioclear 360 degree veneers were used to improve her smile.
- Clearfil Majesty composite was used.
